About Us
Since 2010
We pride ourselves in our solution-driven approach to all things fabric. Fabric and Scissors undertakes projects which are often unique and the team work closely with each client, whether you are a designer, architect or a private client, to find the right solution.
Roller blinds, motorised Roman blinds or a classic curtain design, whatever your preference, we have the design experience and practical skills to fulfil your individual needs. Fabric and Scissors will not only provide the product, but will complete the installation too.
As part of our ongoing passion for fabrics, the team have included some smaller items in their shop. Each item is uniquely crafted using all the discarded pieces and repurposed into much loved accessories.

Meet the Team
Husband and wife, Lee and Susan Elliott, are the driving force behind Fabric and Scissors. Both began their careers in the interior design industry in London – Susan at a boutique furniture company, and Lee as a lighting design specialist in the hospitality industry. Since returning to South Africa, they have collaborated with various interior designers, decorators and architects.
Lee and Susan work closely with their team, running the workroom with precision, passion, style and creativity.
